The house
Detached house with two large bedrooms, a lounge and dining room, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom. Space for 4 guests, with extra beds for 2 more.
Sleeping
Two bedrooms with double beds and seating areas, one with blackout blinds and the other with curtains. The solid wood beds measure 2 m x 2 m and have cold foam mattresses. Summer and winter duvets of down and feathers as well as pillows and neck support pillows are available. Extra beds for 2 more guests: an air bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge.
Kitchen
Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. A Philips coffee machine for filter coffee and fresh beans is provided, along with instant coffee and several kinds of tea. The water in the house runs through a filter system based on Schauberger core technologies.
Living and bathroom
Lounge and dining room with Smart TV and WiFi throughout the house. The bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Terraces, garden and forest
The house comes with 4000 m² of garden and forest. There are two terraces with garden furniture, one in the sun and one covered. A barbecue and table tennis are available on request.
The Hollywood swing folds out into an outdoor bed, on the sun terrace in summer and on the covered terrace in winter. Please bring a sleeping bag.
The hillside position and wide view make the night sky good for stargazers.
In the village
Rüdigershagen has a park with ponds, a free Kneipp pool and a barbecue hut. A playground is close by, and so is a popular reservoir.
Eichsfeld and Thuringia
The house lies in Eichsfeld, in the north of Thuringia. Forests, castles, half-timbered towns and walking trails surround it, and the A38 motorway is close.
Towns
Mühlhausen is one of the oldest half-timbered towns in Germany, with its town wall and St Mary's Church, and was once the workplace of Johann Sebastian Bach. Heilbad Heiligenstadt, the traditional capital of Eichsfeld, is a spa and wellness town.

The house is close to the A38. If you arrive without a car, we pick you up from the station or airport on request and are happy to give you the price.
